“Terrible experience! DO NOT BOOK!!! the tour I booked for today, which was not provided at all. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially as it occurred on my last day in Fiji. We travelled 1.5 hours each way (a total of 3 hours) to the tour location, only to arrive and find no staff, no guides, and no tour representatives present. There was no beach tour, no included lunch, and no option for the horseback ridingthat was advertised and paid for. We waited for approximately 10 minutes for someone to arrive, yet no one showed upto run the tour or assist us. As a result, we had no choice…”
